Zumba Classes.

Zumba Classes are an hour long and filled with different rhythms and routines. These routines can be deceiving because of the fun party atmosphere, but they are extremely effective if done correctly.

With just a single session, you can burn between 400-1000 calories. The routines are changed on average every 4 to 5 weeks, this allows you to get used to the body sculpting movements and dance steps.

Once you are familiar with the moves, accentuate them to get even better and faster results. What to bring to a Zumba class. 

A fun loving party attitude, loose fitting clothing to be comfortable while you're working out.

For example Combat trousers and t-shirt. Shoes Trainers with a spin sole are great, or dance/jazz shoes.

Try the class in the gym wear you have, you can always invest later. Water/Fluids to rehydrate yourself and a towel. Health and Fitness levels, facilities and recommendations.

 Beginners to Advanced, all standards of fitness are more than welcome to come and join the Zumba party. Chairs will be available for you to take a break at any time and continue enjoying the party, whilst watching. 

Pushing yourself too hard, too early will only stop you from enjoying yourself and benefiting from a healthier and longer life.
